I have a friend who tried these Peanut Butter Oat Bars and liked them so much, she makes them as a quick grab weekday breakfast.  She makes a big batch on Sunday night and she’s all set for the week!
The oddest part about my friend – she doesn’t normally like peanut butter all that much, but it she likes it in this recipe. If that’s not a raving review, I don’t know what is!
The best part about this recipe is it’s so easy to make!  You just melt golden syrup (which is an amber colored syrup with a rich, deep sweetness that you can buy here on Amazon) with brown sugar and butter.  Melt in the peanut butter and honey.  melted syrup, sugar and butter in a bowl.
