Ingredients:
Potato – 1 large boiled
Cheese – 2 tblspn grated (I used parmesan, you can use any)
Salt to taste
Chilli powder / Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Oregano – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Cornflour / Cornstarch – 2 to 3 tblspn or more as needed
Oil for Deep frying
Oats – 1/2 cup ( I used seasoned flavoured oats)
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 2 to 3 tblspn
Water – 1/4 cup or as needed
Method:
- Take stewed potatoes and grate them. currently take them in a very bowl in conjunction with all the opposite ingredients except cornstarch and oil.
- Now add in cornstarch and blend well. form it into dough.
- Put this dough in electric refrigerator and let it rest and chill for one hour.
- Now divide the dough into little equal parts. form every portion into a sleek ball.
- Now combine flour with water to a liquid paste, set aside. Take oats in a very mixer and coarsely ground them, set aside.
- Take a ball, dip it within the flour batter and coat in oats. organize it in a very plate and chill for thirty minutes more or less.
- Heat oil for deep preparation. Drop the balls in hot oil and fry until it's crisp.
