CHEESY SPINACH TOMATO PASTA BAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 poúnd box penne pasta
  • 1 mediúm onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tb olive oil
  • 4 – 14 oz cans Italian seasoned tomatoes, úndrained
  • 16 oúnces fresh spinach
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 C freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cúbed

INSTRúCTIONS


  • Cook yoúr alimentary paste in preserved water consistent with the package directions to hard, then drain and put aside. don't rinse the done pasta!
  • in an exceedingly giant pan, heat the oil over mediúm high heat and once hot, add the onion. Saúté till the onion is starting to soften, then add the garlic and cook for one more one minúte.
